I ‘ve dominated from both sides of the interview desk. I provide expertise from the viewpoint a hiring manager and my personal career successes so that you get well rounded, been there, done that, (and you can too) coaching.
I’ve had crazy career success working for big companies like Whirlpool, Coca-Cola, and most recently two companies in the financial services industry. I’ve managed and grown huge portfolios ( millions and millions of dollars) all while moving up the ranks into management, hiring and managing teams. But at the end of the day, I still found myself unfulfilled but so unsure about how to fix it.
I realized what I was seeking was not money or accolades, but purpose and fulfillment. I wanted a career that I was good at but more importantly, I wanted my work to add value and make a difference.
After much prayer, I had my answer – career and leadership coaching. Because I’ve been on both sides of the table, I can give my clients the inside scoop on what employers are looking for and the best way to communicate their unique value. I’m proud to say that I’ve landed every job I’ve ever wanted and I’m helping my clients do the same.
I’ve found so many people feel like their jobs suck and that’s become their norm. I don’t subscribe to that, and neither do my clients.
I get it, I’ve been there. I know how exhausting life is when you don’t love what you do. I remember wanting to make a change and not knowing where to start. But I’ve also experienced the freedom of doing what I love and having my perspective on my career change. It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it.
It is absolutely possible to love what you do, and for more than a few months or a year. Isn’t it time?
